The White City. A personal project (WIP)
This is and endless WIP project I've started around 2008. It's a fantasy city all modeled in SketchUp and I return to work on it sporadically. It grows and changes every time I take it back. There is not a defined plan, just ideas and my own imagination. I try to give any sense to every building, so there is a royal palace, temples, a house of justice, baths, a port, a market, taverns... And try to imagine a history, a culture, a religion and traditions to give it some background and bring some sense of reality and credibility... But this is another story.
This hobby is a little more elaborate than usual, but it also serves as a testing ground for many things and to improve my skills.
